halloween 2009

Reasons why Halloween 2009 was awesome:

I got to sleep in because I was off work all day
I put on my costume at 2:30 p.m. and wore it all day long
I got to dress up as the Lady in the Radiator from Eraserhead
I watched a good werewolf movie called Bad Moon
I gave out candy to kids and watched Zach scare the shit out of some of them with a goat mask
I ate some of the candy that was supposed to be for the kids
I listened to the Misfits on the drive out to the party
I sat on a dock talking with great friends under a full moon
I accidentally dropped my shoe in the lake because my foot was asleep, but then Devin saved the day and fished it out for me
I drank whiskey out of a purple goblet all night
I listened to my friends play doom metal in the woods
I stayed out really late, but then got to set the clocks back an hour

It was great. Definitely a night to remember.
